Funding Sources
The Vienna Drosophila Resource Center (VDRC) is part of the Vienna Biocenter Core Facilities (VBCF), a non-profit research infrastructure, publicly funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, and the City of Vienna via the Vienna Business Agency.
The fees you pay for use of the resources do not cover the full costs and are subsidized by a grant from the Austrian Federal Ministry for Science and Research (bm.wf) and the City of Vienna.
Our shareholders are Vienna BioCenter, Max Perutz Labs, IMBA and GMI
